On June 13th, the sunshine was bright and it was an important day for Panwo Company. The long-awaited team led by President Emmanual. Flipo came to Panwo for the Genba Check audit.
To show that Fanwo Company attaches great importance to this audit, Fanwo Chairman Zhang Rongcheng and other senior management personnel warmly welcomed the guests who came from afar at the company gate at 9 am in the morning. We also gave a company introduction in the conference room and had a conversation about our current development direction. The atmosphere on site was very harmonious, and Chairman Zhang discussed the company's strategic goals and development direction in terms of shelf brushing. Emmanual has a strong interest in our brush rack project. I think our company's technology in brush racks is comparable to that of German brush rack companies.
After giving an overall introduction to the company, we led VALEO customers to the injection molding factory for some audit inspections. During the inspection process, Emmanual felt that our Genba Check was done well overall and made some suggestions for on-site management, especially for the standardized management of mold drawings and inspection guidelines, which required more detailed image specifications. We humbly accepted the customer's suggestions, listed our improvement plan, and planned to rectify it within a week, and sent the evidence of improvement to the customer.
Unconsciously, it was already noon. Due to the urgent time of VALEO customers, we had some simple meals. In the afternoon, we visited the automated assembly line we developed for VALEO customers. This assembly line can automatically install carbon brushes with brush lines and complete welding with inductance pins. At the same time, the welding parameters are recorded and automatically alarmed. Technical Director Shen Xiaobin introduced the technology of our automated assembly line, and Emmanua praised our self-developed automation equipment with an incredulous look. The result of this audit is very satisfactory. The customer left Fanwo Company with a look of admiration and expressed that they will come to Fanwo more in the future.
